Last updated 19 September 2026. Short, because a family logistics app does not need ten pages.
- What this is. OhGood reads the messages you send it and turns them into a plan. It is an assistant, not a guarantee: always check anything that matters — a payment deadline, a medical appointment, a time to collect a child — against the original message, which we keep alongside every item for exactly that reason.
- Your account. One person, one login, one household for now. Keep your password to yourself, and treat your forward-in address and calendar links as private — anyone holding them can add to, or read, your plan.
- What you send in. Send things about your own family. Do not use OhGood to store other people's personal information beyond what a normal school message contains, and do not send anything unlawful.
- Your data stays yours. We store it to run the service, we do not sell it, and we do not let it be used to train models. The privacy page is the detail.
- Leaving. Delete your household from Settings whenever you like. That hard-deletes your captures, their attachments, the items made from them and your account. We cannot get any of it back afterwards.
- Early software. This is an early version, offered as-is while it is free. It may be unavailable, it may misread something, and features may change. If it reads something wrongly, the fix is one tap in Review — and that correction teaches it.
- Getting in touch. hello@ohgood.app. These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and nothing in them takes away a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
